Manifesto

United is how it should be. The global home ground for real B2B marketers — built by marketers, for marketers.

B2B marketing is not a new industry.

And it is not B2C's little sibling that lives under the stairs.

It stands on its own two feet. But the support around it hasn't kept pace.

Where's the practical content written by people who've actually done the job? Where are the affordable courses for job seekers and small teams? Where are the honest conversations that aren't shaped by who's paying for the stage?

B2B Marketing United is the global home ground for real B2B marketers. Built by marketers, for marketers.

Here is what we believe

  • Pipeline is not a vanity metric. It is the job.
  • Honesty beats hype. Every time.
  • The best thinking comes from people who've carried a number, not just talked about one.
  • Great content should not be locked behind enterprise budgets.
  • You should leave smarter, not sold to.
  • Humour and substance are not mutually exclusive.

We are building a place for practical how-to content, commercially grounded courses and real conversations between real B2B marketers. No pay to play stages. No recycled buzzwords. No sponsored opinions dressed up as thought leadership. Just a community that respects your time, your intelligence and your attention.

This is where our profession grows up.

Five principles

What we stand for

  1. Marketers first

Everything starts with the people doing the job, not the people selling to them. Not sponsors first. Not vendors first. Not brands first. Marketers first. Always.

  2. Substance over theatre

No hype. No pay to play. No corporate performance. Real experience. Real lessons. Things you can actually use.

  3. Earned expertise

The mic goes to people with scars and stories, not just the biggest logos. Speakers are invited and paid for what they know. Sponsors support the experience, not the agenda.

  4. Community over noise

Useful, honest advice. No ego. Real conversation and support from people who get it. Real life, not just LinkedIn.

  5. Worth your time

If it is not educational, entertaining, or inspiring, it does not make the cut. Life is too short for filler.
